The Rules of the Official I.M Website (Updated on May 16, 2023)
Hello. This is Sony Music Entertainment Korea.
We’d like to share the rules of I.M’s official website to provide a better user experience.
Please make sure to read and follow them as you use the website.
* All notices are subject to change and posts that violate the rules or may cause controversy may be hidden or deleted without notification.
[User Rules]
1. The official website of I.M only allows one account per user.
* Accounts confirmed to have been created using false information are permanently suspended.
* Users who share or steal others’ accounts are permanently suspended.
2. Please converse in respectful language toward the Artist and other users.
[Nickname Rules]
1. Use of nicknames that may mislead others into believing that the owner is the Artist, the Artist’s agency staff, or the Artist’s family member is prohibited.
2. Nicknames shall not contain special characters, blank spaces, Korean consonants/vowels, or emojis, or consist of only numbers.
3. Nicknames shall not be related to other agencies, artists, or fan clubs.
4. Nicknames shall not contain words that may cause controversy, such as expletives, hateful words, and obscene words.
[Profile Image Rules]
1. Profile images shall not be related to other agencies, artists, or fan clubs.
2. Profile images shall not contain expletives, hateful words, or other controversial elements.
3. Profile images shall not contain the owner’s face.
[Regarding Posts]
1. Posts and comments that attack the Artist or other users with expletives, insults, rumors, sexual harassment, defamation, etc. are prohibited.
2. Controversial posts and comments, such as those that concern or violate the Artist’s privacy or spread rumors, are prohibited.
3. Sexual content, repetitive posts and comments, and advertisements are prohibited.
4. Mentioning other agencies, artists, or fan clubs is prohibited.
5. Posts that encourage financial transactions, such as proxy purchase, application, and resale, and the resale of tickets and items, are prohibited.
6. Users shall not share their personal information, promote friendship, attack others, or talk about private matters.
* All posts that are judged by the Agency to violate the rules or cause controversy will be hidden or deleted, and users who repeatedly break the rules may be suspended or expelled.
[Rules Regarding Official Content]
- Posts and comments published by the Artist, I.M, on the Website shall not be transferred to external platforms.
- Posts and comments other than those published by the Artist, I.M, may be transferred to external platforms if the source is cited.
All notices are subject to change.

3. Los apodos no podrán estar relacionados con otras agencias, artistas o clubes de fans.
4. Los apodos no podrán contener palabras que puedan causar controversia, como improperios, palabras que inciten al odio y palabras obscenas.
[Normas de la imagen de perfil]
1. Las imágenes de perfil no podrán estar relacionadas con otras agencias, artistas o clubes de fans.
2. Las imágenes de perfil no podrán contener improperios, palabras que inciten al odio u otros elementos polémicos.
3. Las imágenes de perfil no podrán contener el rostro del propietario.
[Relativo a las publicaciones]
1. Quedan prohibidas las publicaciones y comentarios que ataquen al Artista o a otros usuarios con improperios, insultos, rumores, acoso sexual, difamación, etc.
2. Quedan prohibidas las publicaciones y comentarios polémicos, como los que difunden rumores o afecten o violen la intimidad del Artista.
3. Quedan prohibidos los contenidos sexuales, las publicaciones y comentarios repetitivos y los anuncios publicitarios.
4. Queda prohibido mencionar a otras agencias, artistas o clubes de fans.
5. Quedan prohibidos los mensajes que fomenten las transacciones financieras, como la compra, solicitud y reventa en nombre de terceros, así como la reventa de boletos y artículos.
6. Los usuarios no podrán compartir su información personal, fomentar la amistad, atacar a otros ni hablar de asuntos privados.
* Todas las publicaciones que, a juicio de la Agencia, infrinjan las normas o provoquen controversia, serán ocultadas o eliminadas, y los usuarios que infrinjan repetidamente las normas podrán ser suspendidos o expulsados.
[Normas relativas al contenido oficial]
- Las publicaciones y comentarios hechos en el sitio web por el Artista, I.M, no se podrán transferir a plataformas externas.
- Las publicaciones y comentarios que no sean hechos por el Artista, I.M, se podrán transferir a plataformas externas si se cita la fuente.
Todos los avisos están sujetos a cambios.

[头像规定]
1.禁止使用与其他经纪公司、艺人及其他粉丝团相关的头像。
2.禁止使用辱骂（脏话）、反人格或其他可能引起争议的头像。
3.禁止使用带有本人肖像的头像。
[帖子相关规定]
1.禁止发布辱骂、诽谤、造谣、性骚扰、损毁名誉等指责艺人、经纪公司和会员的帖子及回帖。
2.禁止发布包括艺人私生活在内的推测性文章、私生活文章、虚假信息等有可能引起争议的帖子及回帖。
3.禁止制作淫秽色情、刷屏性帖子、回帖及广告。
4.禁止提及其他经纪公司、艺人及粉丝团。
5.禁止发布代购、代申、代转、票券转让、物品交易等含金钱交易的帖子。
6.禁止会员之间共享个人信息、联谊、狙击及私聊。
* 违法规定或引起争议的帖子可由经纪公司进行判断，并可在无通知的情况下作出屏蔽或删除处理，若有会员多次违反，则会进行封禁账号或强制性删号的处理。
[官方资料相关规定]
- 不得转载艺人I.M在网站内保留的帖子（包括回帖）。
- 除了艺人I.M（I.M）的帖子（包括回帖）外，在官方网站上传的帖子可以转载，转载时请务必注明出处。
所有公告可能会有修改或变更。

[發文相關]
1.禁止發表辱罵、誹謗、性騷擾、名義毀損等批評藝人、所屬公司與會員的貼文與留言
2.禁止發表包含藝人私生活推測性、私生活、虛假事實等會引起爭議的發文與留言
3.禁止發表淫亂性與罐頭發文與留言、廣告發文
4.禁止提及其他所屬公司及藝人、其他粉絲團
5.禁止發表代購、代辦與轉讓、門票轉帳、物品交易等誘導金錢交易的發文
6.禁止會員間交流個人資料、聯誼、狙擊、私聊
* 所有違反規定或有爭議的發文將由所屬公司判斷後不另行通知直接屏蔽與刪除，持續違規的會員帳號可能會遭屏蔽或強制退出處理。
[官方資料相關規定]
- 藝人 在I.M 網站內留下的文章(包含留言)不可分享到外部。
- 除藝人在 I.M 的文章(包含留言)外在官網上傳的文章可以分享到外部，但請務必註明文章出處。

【投稿について】
1.悪口、誹謗、デマ、セクハラ、名誉毀損など、アーティストと所属事務所、会員を避難する投稿およびコメントは作成禁止
2.アーティストのプライバシーに関する推測投稿やプライバシーに関する内容、 偽情報など、議論の余地がある投稿とコメントは作成禁止
3.性的に不適切な内容、繰り返しの投稿とコメント、広告などは作成禁止
4.他の所属事務所およびアーティスト、他のファンダムは言及禁止
5.代理購入、代理の申し込みおよび譲渡、チケット譲渡、商品取引などの金銭取引を誘う投稿は作成禁止
6.会員同士の個人情報共有および私的交流、攻撃、私語は禁止
* 規定に反したり議論の余地があるすべての投稿は所属事務所の判断によって通知なしにブラインドおよび削除処理され、継続的に違反した会員はアカウントのブロックまたは強制退会処理されることがあります。
【公式資料関連規定】
- アーティストI.M(アイエム)がウェブサイト内で作成する投稿(コメントを含む)は、他のサイトなどにシェアできません。
- アーティストI.M(アイエム)の投稿(コメントを含む)以外に、公式ウェブサイトにアップロードされる投稿は他のサイトにシェアできます。ただし、必ずソースを明記してください。
